Central Michigan drivers, have you been waiting of a Jeep brand SUV that offers a crossover form packed with plenty of style and gas-sipping fuel economy? Well, the wait is over. Making its debut at the coming Geneva Motor Show, the all-new 2015 Jeep Renegade is built on a compact chassis, offering the same great trail-rated capabilities of
its sibling makes such as the Patriot and Cherokee, with some Italian flare brought by its sister brand, FIAT.

The Renegade crossover SUV will be positioned in the new Jeep lineup just below the Patriot. The Renegade is slightly smaller in size coming in at 166.6 inches long, with a width of 71.0
inches and a height of 66.5 inches. With the rear seatback up, the crossover offers 18.5 cubic feet of cargo space. With the seat folded down, it increases to a whopping 50.8 cubic feet. It is the ideal everyday vehicle for Mid Michigan drivers looking for a well-versed automobile.

Official fuel ratings have yet to be announced for the 2015 Jeep Renegade. It is expected that the crossover will be easy on the pump offering an impressive MPG value. Two engine and transmission combinations will be offered for its first year on the market and include a 1.4-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine offering 160 horsepower, 184 pound-feet of torque, with a six-speed manual gearbox, and a 2.4-liter Tigershark four-cylinder offering 184 hp, 177lb-ft of torque paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission.
