Great experience with software updates (recall requirement). John was wonderful at walking me through my first ever EV. John is a fountain of knowledge and I appreciated his insight on electric vehicles. Thank you John for going to all the training and becoming an extraordinary EV technician!

I had to take my 2021 Jeep Gladiator in to have the power steering pump and wiring harness checked for a recall. They got me in promptly at my appointment time, and had me out the door in 20 minutes. I was really happy with the service provided by the staff at the dealership.

“Bobby” in the service area of Alma Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram has excellent customer service skills! He listens, tries to work with you, and follows up. He does it all with a great attitude. These are qualities lacking in a lot of service positions these days. We appreciated it! We were thankful that the mechanics were willing to work with us and come up with different diagnostic options so we didn’t have such a huge bill for the lengthy diagnostic process that was an initial possibility.

Had to drop my jeep off after hours on a Thursday. By Friday afternoon I received a text that they had looked at it, figured out the issue, and gave me a quote for the repair. I was told it would be done Tuesday, but the repair was finished by Monday afternoon, and came in under budget! I always get great service here and good communication about my vehicles.

Amazing people and explain everything to where I understood it

I have recently purchased a 2021 dodge ram from Alma Chrysler. Matt Thomas and Dee Lancaster both helped with explaining and guiding me through the process and giving me the best deal and it only took days to get serviced and ready for me to buy. Dee was very good with the numbers part of it she really knows her finances and set me up with a reasonable rate.

Dee Lancaster worked her butt off to help us finance, truly the best!!

They wouldn't answer my calls when I called them. The boys in Alma did and then they drained my def tank, erased the codes and now the truck runs better than it has since I bought it. Now I can for the first time in forever remote start it. Thanks Bryan and Bobby and all the service department, I really appreciate you fixing the pickup.

I had a great experience working with my finance manager Dee during the purchase of my Jeep Gladiator. She made what can often be a confusing process feel smooth, fun, and easy to understand. I took my vehicle in to have them fix the side door that did not want to shut. They manually opened & closed it & told me to make an appointment. When I took it in, the service tech guy could not find anything wrong. They did find out there was a recall on the steering wheel cover (airbag emblem). Part is on backorder & they will call when it is in. They did not charge me anything. They all were very nice to me! Not sure why they did not find anything wrong but I am a happy customer!

Excellent service! The staff was very friendly and went out of there way late on a Saturday afternoon to make sure we were able to test drive the truck and answer any questions we had about it. It was a very good process and we were comfortable the entire time.

I am leaving a four star had Jeep towed it had been sitting nine months they got me going on the road I am very lucky battery is the only thing that needs to be I need a oil change and wheel bearings in driver rear is making ticking noise too. I made appointment for two weeks.service was done by two different companies and it turned out just like they said.

Always friendly service. Oil changes are fairly quick and waiting in the waiting area is comfortable while never seeming to be too long of a wait. Scheduling is easier and so convenient online. A perk I so appreciate!

I’ll be honest I was a bit nervous with some of the reviews but I had to find a dealership that had more than 2 brain cells in the service department. They went above and beyond for me! Only complaint was I asked them to throw in an oil change and that cost $85.44🤭 They had to figure out why my 2023 Ram smelt like antifreeze. I was prepared to be told “oh you need new tires to fix that!” As Feeny in Midland and the Chrysler dealership in Mount Pleasant would say that because unfortunately they don’t have 2 brains cells combined in their service department! As I suspected the heater core was the issue. 2 days after picking up the truck, I no longer smell antifreeze! Moving forward I will only be using this dealership for any repairs. Again thanks for everything!!!
