Alma Chrysler preformed the recall in half the time that was stated.

They worked me into the schedule, when all other dealerships could not get me in for one to two weeks. Ran diagnostics and found no real issue. Told me what to watch for and asked me to come back in 100 miles to rerun diagnostics. I was not charged for the visit. This was my first time using Alma Jeep for service. Everyone was friendly. Very clean facility. Will continue using Alma Jeep and would recommend them to everyone.

Outstanding! One gentleman helped me search what was available in inventory across the state. Matt who did my sale was wonderful. He understood I was looking for a very specific vehicle and was very patient while I decided between different trim packages. Second year in a row my jeep has had to be there to be fixed. Same issue both times with same part. Little information given but last year was five months my car was gone. This year less than a month. Thank God it was still under warranty. Next time not so much. Thanks for fixing my car. Be more informative to what is wrong and why. I need the info.

I had to take my 2021 Jeep Gladiator in to have the power steering pump and wiring harness checked for a recall. They got me in promptly at my appointment time, and had me out the door in 20 minutes. I was really happy with the service provided by the staff at the dealership.

“Bobby” in the service area of Alma Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram has excellent customer service skills! He listens, tries to work with you, and follows up. He does it all with a great attitude. These are qualities lacking in a lot of service positions these days. We appreciated it! We were thankful that the mechanics were willing to work with us and come up with different diagnostic options so we didn’t have such a huge bill for the lengthy diagnostic process that was an initial possibility.

Had to drop my jeep off after hours on a Thursday. By Friday afternoon I received a text that they had looked at it, figured out the issue, and gave me a quote for the repair. I was told it would be done Tuesday, but the repair was finished by Monday afternoon, and came in under budget! I always get great service here and good communication about my vehicles.

Amazing people and explain everything to where I understood it

I have recently purchased a 2021 dodge ram from Alma Chrysler. Matt Thomas and Dee Lancaster both helped with explaining and guiding me through the process and giving me the best deal and it only took days to get serviced and ready for me to buy. Dee was very good with the numbers part of it she really knows her finances and set me up with a reasonable rate.

Dee Lancaster worked her butt off to help us finance, truly the best!!

They wouldn't answer my calls when I called them. The boys in Alma did and then they drained my def tank, erased the codes and now the truck runs better than it has since I bought it. Now I can for the first time in forever remote start it. Thanks Bryan and Bobby and all the service department, I really appreciate you fixing the pickup.

I had a great experience working with my finance manager Dee during the purchase of my Jeep Gladiator. She made what can often be a confusing process feel smooth, fun, and easy to understand. Her personable approach immediately put me at ease, and she took the time to clearly explain everything along the way.
